United States resident owners of units in La Ventana del Mar (San Felipe, Baja California) are joining a Consumer Complaint and Request for Investigation to be filed with the Office of the Attorney General of Arizona concerning the continued billing and collection of condominium fees through Concord Servicing, LLC (Scottsdale, Arizona) by and for the benefit of the administrator removed by the owners' assembly on October 24, 2025 (removal protocolized in Escritura Pública No. 7,708 and inscribed in the Registro Público, Partida No. 6,072,531).
